Duties and Responsibilities- Provide excellent patient care by greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collect payments and verify insurance information, updating records as necessary to ensure accurate billing and claims processing.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, utilizing our Practice Management System to ensure timely communication with providers and patients.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, routing calls to staff members and handling voicemails with ease.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Medical office experience is a plus, particularly with Practice Management Systems and Electronic Medical Records.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a desirable asset in this role.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
