Patient Services Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at the Oklahoma Arthritis Center. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, obtaining necessary information and collecting payments as needed.
- Schedule appointments accurately and effectively, utilizing our Practice Management System to ensure timely and efficient communication with providers and patients.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, routing calls to staff members and handling voicemails with ease.
- Verify insurance information and demographics, updating records as necessary to ensure accurate billing and claims processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Medical office experience is a plus, particularly with Practice Management Systems and Electronic Medical Records.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a desirable asset in this role.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
