About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the Repair Estimate Coordinator Role at O2 Concepts, LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate estimates for customers, following up on repair status, and disposing of devices as needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in customer support and administration.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Estimates and submit to Customers for Approval
  • Follow up with customers, Disposition of devices depending on customer request
  • Record Retention for all documents pertaining to repairs
  • Other Administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Good understanding of MS Office and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
