Position: Administrative Support Specialist

Work Schedule: Part-Time | Monday/Wednesday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone communications and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Assist with various administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration or front desk roles.

• Professional demeanor with a friendly and energetic attitude.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in sales, both over the phone and in person.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Above-average computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
