Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead product definition, vision, and launch at our company headquarters in Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate will have experience managing AI semiconductor solutions for datacenter applications, driving interactions with engineering teams, leading customer discussions, developing go-to-market strategies, and identifying new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Execute on product development by working with Astera Labs cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and business growth.
- Execute on product delivery by working with Astera Labs sales and operations teams to forecast and build product to meet customer needs.
- Built close relationships with lead customers and manage cradle-to-grave product engagement and support.
- Lead Go-to-market strategy and launch plan with clear market assessment, competitive analysis, and positioning of products.
- Drive Marketing Activities such as tradeshows, press releases, joint papers, etc. and contribute to new and creative content generation.
- Develop compelling sales material that clearly promote product value and differentiation and work closely with sales and customers to secure new business opportunities and close design-wins.
- Contribute to market TAM/SAM analysis and use data-driven product and execution strategies to deliver revenue.
- Maximize Business Impact through continuous market assessment, refining product when needed based on new learnings, and advocating for the customer.
