About the Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Product Management to join our Advanced Threat Prevention team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of our core security subscription, which is critical to preventing sophisticated emerging attacks.

We are looking for a strong leader with a passion for security and a proven track record of successfully launching net new products or offerings at scale. You will be part of a senior team responsible for one of the largest security products within our portfolio and will work closely with engineering and product management leaders across the organization to deliver best-in-class security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives innovation and differentiation in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and leverage business and technical skills to enter new markets
  • Be intimately involved with the business to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
Requirements
  • BS or MS in a technical field (e.g. EE, CS), MBA highly desirable or equivalent military experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical product management role, preferably with cloud-based security solutions covering intrusion prevention, threat analysis, incident response, forensics, or related technologies
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to drive alignment at all levels of the organization and across cross-functional teams
