Supervisor Job Description
Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Supervisor for their manufacturing operations in South Portland, ME. This role involves overseeing a 12-hour rotating 3-day work schedule team, responsible for planning and assigning tasks while implementing policies and procedures to improve fabrication methods and equipment performance.

Main Responsibilities
* Directly supervise the activities of employees in the Fab Department, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation of the department.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with the management team to establish goals and objectives for the department.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department.
* Train and develop employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering/Technical field or eight plus years of semiconductor experience in lieu of a degree.
* Three plus years' management and/or leadership experience in positions with a demonstrated ability in an engineering or operations discipline.
* Fluent in English Language – written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
* Current manager in a technical environment.
* Direct experience with semiconductor equipment or engineering.
* Strong 'hands on' technical skills.
* A passion to lead, manage, and direct a group of technicians and engineers with experience in semiconductor process or maintenance.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with demonstrated track record of facility maintenance and improvements.
* Proven leadership, self-starter, and team player with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
* History of execution with change management; continuous improvement methodologies, disciplines, and practices.
* Intermediate to Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google applications for data analysis and communication.
