About Our Client
Reliant - Cascade Terrace Post Acute is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to lead our outpatient rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have a current Oregon license/certification, at least two years of recent experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in Outpatient, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and make a significant impact in the healthcare community
- Lead our outpatient rehabilitation department with compassion and expertise
Requirements
- Current Resume
- Current Oregon license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
- 2 current Clinical References
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $89,419.60 per year, paid sick leave, housing resources, health benefits package, vision, dental, travel reimbursement, and referral bonus opportunities.
