Job Summary

We are seeking a Surgical Team Coordinator at HEAD & NECK SURGICAL ASSOCIATE to manage day-to-day activities within our surgical department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of procedures, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with surgeons to plan and execute procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • X-ray certification.
  • CPR certification.
  • Dental assistant certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
