Maine Medical Center Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Medical Care Manager. This role involves working in the Care Management department, providing discharge planning and care coordination services to patients.
Job Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in nursing, with a focus on care management and discharge planning.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
- Demonstrate a calm demeanor and flexible attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating shift schedule, including two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week. Occasional weekend hours may be available, but they are not mandatory.

- The Care Management department is located at Maine Medical Center.
- The team works closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
