Language Proficiency:
Capability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and address inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to compute figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Proficient in applying basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to resolve practical issues and manage a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Capable of interpreting various instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
Technical Proficiency:
To perform this role effectively, candidates should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Athena, MicroMD, and Dentrix.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with two to four years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
