Job Summary

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team of dedicated clinical professionals. As an SLPA, you will provide direct therapy services to patients, monitor and document progress, and collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients as directed by the supervising speech-language pathologist.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to therapy sessions, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Instruct patients and their families in exercises and techniques they can practice at home to reinforce therapy goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Requirements
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license in the state of Texas.
