Job Overview

Position Summary: The role of a Threat Intelligence Analyst involves critical analysis and strategic communication to enhance organizational security measures against emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intelligence Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough evaluations and synthesis of data in accordance with established analytical standards.
    • Focus on identifying and analyzing new threat patterns and trends.
    • Utilize extensive knowledge of the intelligence community's mission and capabilities for effective research.
  • Communication and Briefing:
    • Deliver comprehensive briefings to high-level executives regarding strategic intelligence and protective measures.
    • Create and present executive summaries to senior leaders within the Department of Defense and other agencies.
  • Liaison and Program Development:
    • Utilize data-driven storytelling to convey findings and provide contextual understanding.
    • Facilitate discussions to incorporate diverse viewpoints and reach consensus.
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Formulate and execute actionable plans that align with organizational goals.
    • Assist in the collection and analysis of raw data to produce finished intelligence reports.
    • Apply knowledge of both customer and adversary landscapes for targeted threat research.
  • Operational Support:
    • Identify and address information gaps through coordinated intelligence requirements.
    • Integrate data from various intelligence community partners to enhance intelligence outputs.
    • Customize intelligence products to fulfill the specific needs of decision-makers.
    • Continuously solicit feedback to refine the creation and delivery of intelligence products.
    • Encourage a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of experience in intelligence analysis, particularly in the realm of emerging threats and protective strategies.
  • At least 10 years of experience in presenting strategic intelligence to senior executives.
  • In-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle and capabilities of the intelligence community.
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Proven capacity to distill complex information into clear, actionable intelligence.
  • A Master's degree in foreign policy, international relations, homeland security, or a related field is preferred (Bachelor's degree with additional relevant experience may be considered).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Collections Management, Intelligence Planning, or Targeting Cycle understanding, as well as AT/FP Training.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess a minimum of TS/SCI clearance.
