Job Summary

ANALYGENCE Inc is seeking a highly skilled Junior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support our client in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing, providing, and integrating timely, insightful, objective, and relevant all-source intelligence analysis into our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Fusion and Analysis: Support the fusion of data from various sources, including reported intrusion-network status, open source, and law enforcement and intelligence inputs, to identify trends across critical infrastructure.
  • Research and Analysis: Provide research, analytic, or operational support regarding infrastructure threats across DHS CI sectors and their sub-sectors.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with the Intelligence Community and Component partners for additional information, including facilitating and tracking classified RFIs/RFAs with the Service Desk.
  • Threat and Risk Analysis: Research and analyze all-source threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to critical infrastructure and develop all-hazards consequence analysis products in support of our mission.
  • Product Development: Coordinate, research, develop, and deliver work on pre-planned Intelligence products in support of agency program of analysis, analytic requirements, ad-hoc tasks, and incident response requirements.
  • Intelligence Estimates: Write Intelligence estimates, products, or quick turn responses to senior leadership questions in the form of In Response to Your Question (IRQ) or Intelligence Notes.
  • Product Review and Editing: Provide technical review and editing of all types of written and graphics-based products, including analytic products, graphics, and strategic and policy documents.
  • Priority Intelligence/Information Requirements: Support the development, administration, and management of Priority Intelligence/Information Requirements.
  • Product Tracking: Track written and graphics-based products through the overall production cycle, including the tracking of requirements used to develop products.
  • Intelligence Templates and Standards: Support the development or refinement of intelligence templates, standard operating procedures, guides, standards, and other policy directives.
  • Incident Response: Support incident response efforts that may require after-hours, weekends, or shift work.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Education and Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or an additional two years of experience with an Associate's Degree. Additional four years of military and/or operations environment experience may be substituted with a high school diploma.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Ability to clearly articulate intelligence requirements into well-formulated research questions and data tracking variables for inquiry tracking purposes.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.
  • Critical Thinking and Analysis: Ability to evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data into high-quality, fused targeting/intelligence products.
  • Cognitive Bias Mitigation: Ability to recognize and mitigate cognitive biases that may affect analysis.
  • Intelligence Confidence Levels: Knowledge of intelligence confidence levels.
  • Threat and Target Systems: Knowledge of threat and/or target systems.
  • Alternative Analytical Interpretations: Skill in identifying alternative analytical interpretations in order to minimize unanticipated outcomes.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
