Overview:
At Diventures, we prioritize safety while ensuring a fun environment for our customers. The Aquatics Program Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing the success of our organization by fostering positive experiences and building lasting relationships with clients through exceptional, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:
The Aquatics Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of aquatic programs, which includes:
  • Coordinating schedules for Swim Instructors, Deck Managers, and Lifeguards.
  • Creating welcoming customer interactions by greeting families and following up with students who have been absent.
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of Diventures’ offerings and swim enrollment processes.
  • Executing the Swim Passport initiative at the designated location.

Customer Engagement:
This role serves as the primary contact for families, providing assistance in-person, via phone, and through electronic communication. A deep understanding of Diventures’ swim programming and overall offerings is essential, enabling the supervisor to effectively train Swim Greeters, Swim Instructors, and Deck Managers.

  • Diventures Way Training (specific to the position)
  • JackRabbit Training (specific to the position)
  • Active SSI Swim Teacher Certification for all levels
  • Deck Manager Certification
  • Lifeguard Certification
  • Certified Pool Operator
  • Swim Product Knowledge Training
