As a key member of the Asante team, the Supervisor of Resource Management plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management of healthcare resources. This leadership position is responsible for supervising staff and providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

The Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the ongoing evaluation and development of Utilization Review and Case Management Specialist staff through performance feedback based on various reporting and auditing results.

This role requires a strong understanding of the focus on managing the health of a designated population and the need for the care coordination team to work closely with physicians, hospital staff, and other team members.

The Supervisor collaborates with their direct manager on related goal setting and planning, and provides consistent and timely information and feedback to the manager, including input regarding financial and/or quality performance and human resource issues.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related field, and two years of demonstrated leadership in utilization/case management within a healthcare environment, with emphasis on community health resources and program development.
