Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Pinelands Recovery Center of Medford. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct daily assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • RN license in the state required.
  • Management or supervision experience preferred.
  • Mental health nursing experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of JCAHO and state regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to take vital signs, provide first aid, and perform basic evaluation procedures and tests.
