Job Title: Administrative Liaison

This is an exciting opportunity to join YoungWilliams PC as an Administrative Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to requests, and resolving customer issues. You will also work closely with the case specialists and supervisors to ensure accurate and complete information is provided to customers. This position involves retrieving computer-generated data to answer questions and updating those records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and customers in a professional manner, maintaining appointment and visitor logs.
  • Maintain a neat and organized lobby area, ensuring handbooks and brochures are available.
  • Respond to walk-in and telephone inquiries, assess situations, and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Provide information to customers in a courteous and polite manner.
  • Obtain assistance from the assigned Case Specialist or Supervisor as needed.
  • Enter applications for service into the automated system and assemble new child support files.
  • Conduct interviews with custodial and non-custodial parents as needed.
  • Record information related to the establishment and/or enforcement of a child support obligation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience

Experience equivalent to required education, office experience preferred


Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and qualifications.
