Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students in math and science, focusing on classroom skill development, homework help, and test preparation.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Work collaboratively with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in math and science education.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, science, or education.
- Expertise in math and science, with a strong understanding of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, chemistry, biology, and physics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to student success.
