Job Summary:As a Garment Folder in our industrial laundry facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of merchandise. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove coveralls, smocks, and other merchandise from carts or lift tables
- Manually fold and stack merchandise into various bundles sizes
- Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Basic math skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a warehouse setting and may involve exposure to outside weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and dust.
Education:
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
