About the PositionThis open-rank faculty position is available in the area of Hearing Science/Audiology, with a focus on research and teaching. The successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain an active research program, contribute to our educational mission by teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, and participate in departmental service.

QualificationsThe successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field by the anticipated start date of August 20, 2025. Candidates at the Assistant Professor level must demonstrate clear evidence of potential to develop and maintain an active and productive research program, obtain external funding, and teach effectively at the college level. Candidates at the Associate or Full Professor level must demonstrate an active and productive research program, established record of external funding, and effective teaching at the post-secondary level.
Desirable QualificationsSuccessful applicants may also have several of the following attributes: post-doctoral research experience, successful at receiving external research funding, demonstrated commitment to working across disciplinary boundaries, clinical practice experience, and demonstrated experience promoting a welcoming and respectful work environment.
