Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide expert guidance on our banking products and services, including deposit and loan options, to help clients make informed financial decisions.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with branch team members and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

  • Proven Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit and loan options, and ability to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital products and self-service technologies, with the ability to explore and identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
