Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to join our team at the American Society of Echocardiography. In this role, you will be responsible for managing member and volunteer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall mission of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage member and volunteer data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase member engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate volunteer management, including recruitment, training, and recognition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including the annual convention.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the membership department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in member and volunteer management, preferably in a professional association setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring frequent sitting and repetitive hand and wrist movements. The successful candidate must be COVID-19 vaccinated and willing to participate in an interactive process for medical or religious accommodations.
