Salesforce Service Product Lead

Covetrus stands at the forefront of the veterinary medicine industry, dedicated to enhancing patient health and fostering strong client relationships for veterinary professionals. They are seeking a Product Manager for Salesforce Service and Experience to become an integral part of their team.
Position Overview:
- Oversee a team of Salesforce experts and direct the Product Roadmap.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote improvements in CRM tools.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs associated with service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Remain informed about emerging CRM technologies to recommend enhancements and facilitate adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Service/Experience Cloud and business analytics tools is preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Proficient data management and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer service operations.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-motivation.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of computer work are required.
- Some travel may be necessary.
- Availability for evening and weekend work may be required.
Compensation Range: $107,000 - $199,600
