Position Overview:

  • Oversee a dedicated team of Salesforce experts and guide the Product Roadmap
  • Engage with various stakeholders to promote enhancements to the CRM systems
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Remain informed about emerging CRM technologies to propose enhancements and encourage adoption

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Service/Experience Cloud and business analytics tools is preferred

Key Competencies:

  • Exceptional data management and analytical capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service operations
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-motivation

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of computer work are required
  • Some travel may be necessary
  • Evening and weekend hours may be part of the role

Compensation Range: $107,000 - $199,600
