Role Summary
The University of Georgia is seeking a dedicated Student Assistant to support the operations at the CAES-Griffin Campus. This role is essential in maintaining the functionality and organization of various educational events and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily assignments as directed by office staff, focusing on upcoming events.
- Ensure all Continuing Education facilities are prepared and maintained for cleanliness and setup.
- Support the execution of Continuing Education events, including food service logistics.
- Organize and manage storage areas designated for the Office of Continuing Education.
- Perform data entry tasks, prepare mailings, and assist with copying duties.
- Adhere to university policies regarding time reporting and operational governance.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with working hours that will adapt to the student’s academic commitments.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is $13.50.
