As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing tailored behavior intervention strategies that are designed to unlock the potential of each individual we serve. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering positive and enduring changes in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA clinician.
- Work one-on-one with children to implement specific treatment plans aimed at addressing behavioral management, daily living skills, and social interactions.
- Ensure the safety of children through appropriate physical management techniques.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and lift items up to 50 lbs as necessary.
