About the Role:

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 with children implementing specific treatment plans
  • Perform physical management to ensure the child's safety
  • Collaborate with the BCBA clinician to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities
  • 6 months of ABA Experience (preferred)
