About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our dedicated team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive, lasting changes for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
  • Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
  • Perform appropriate physical management to ensure the child's safety.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an HS Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
  • 6 months of ABA Experience (preferred).
  • Must possess current RBT Certification through the BACB.
