Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join our team at Quality Business Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and owning technical solutions on the ServiceNow Army Instance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to clients utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
  • Leverage App Engine and Workflow automation features of ServiceNow to create dashboards, workbenches, visualizations, and automated workflow processes.
  • Establish the primary operational workbench for end users of the CHMR ecosystem.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience working with data in DoD.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with workflow automation on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Experience interfacing with executing officers and associated action staff.
  • Experience with process engineering and development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in state and federal information security laws, including but not limited to NIST, HIPAA, DoD, and all other applicable regulations.
  • Experience producing flow chart, swim lanes, and process flow designs for large organizations and customer bases.
  • Experience extracting requirements and operations from stakeholders through assisted interviews and engagements.
