JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will oversee cash application processes. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional communication abilities and possess strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage cash application activities.
- Investigate and allocate unassigned cash transactions.
- Conduct daily and monthly financial reconciliations.
- Work closely with the Credit department to address and resolve discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: College-level coursework in accounting or a degree in Accounting.
Experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounting or cash application roles.
Professional Skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations and word processing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work productively.
