JOB SUMMARY

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will oversee cash application processes. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional communication abilities and possess strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage cash application activities.
  • Investigate and allocate unassigned cash transactions.
  • Conduct daily and monthly financial reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the Credit department to address and resolve discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: College-level coursework in accounting or a degree in Accounting.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounting or cash application roles.

Professional Skills

  • Proficient in basic computer operations and word processing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work productively.
