  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between the corporate team and local culinary staff, ensuring effective communication and goal alignment.
Requirements
  • Culinary Degree or Equivalent: Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary certification.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively on a national scale with varying notice for extended periods of time (over 75%).
  • Training and Development Skills: Proficiency in conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Culinary Arts and Food Service Management: Extensive knowledge of culinary arts and food service management.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Culinary Leadership Experience: Significant experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a diverse range of settings.
Benefits and Compensation
