- Culinary Degree or Equivalent: Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary certification.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively on a national scale with varying notice for extended periods of time (over 75%).
- Training and Development Skills: Proficiency in conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Culinary Arts and Food Service Management: Extensive knowledge of culinary arts and food service management.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Culinary Leadership Experience: Significant experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a diverse range of settings.
