National Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled National Training Specialist to join our team at HireMilitary. As a culinary leader, you will be responsible for implementing, operating, and overseeing culinary programs at various venues, ensuring consistent quality and providing expert guidance and training to our teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide training and mentorship to local culinary teams to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Manage and coordinate the schedule and workload of teams during site visits to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement to enhance team performance.
- Uphold company policies, including implementing disciplinary measures when necessary, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Travel extensively to oversee, setup, run, and support culinary operations at various national location kiosks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Implement and refine culinary standards and practices to ensure quality and consistency across all locations.
- Collaborate with local managers to align culinary operations with company objectives and goals.
- Provide expert training and support to culinary staff in food preparation, presentation, and safety to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in culinary practices to drive business growth and success.
- Monitor and report on culinary trends and practices, integrating innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and local teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits of culinary operations for compliance with safety and quality standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Assist in menu development and implementation of new culinary initiatives to drive business growth and success.
- Act as a liaison between the corporate team and local culinary staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals to drive business success.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary certification.
- Ability to travel extensively on a national scale with varying notice for extended periods of time (over 75%).
- Proficiency in conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary arts and food service management to ensure high-quality operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient operations and meet deadlines.
- Significant experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a diverse range of settings, to drive business growth and success.
Annual Salary starts at $52,000.
