Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at JB Consulting Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch HR support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement
  • Provide guidance on employee policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and new hire onboarding
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and time-off policies
  • Conduct performance management, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefit enrollments

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • PHR certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, including payroll and benefits administration
