Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive industry salary, estimated to be around $70,000 per year, as well as a generous benefits package. Job Description

As a Behavioral Health Clinician IV, you will provide quality counseling, case management, and community support services to clients with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document all interactions with clients and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in the Mental Health field, with curriculum specifically related to counseling and psychology. You must also possess current clinical MH licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LASW LICSW) and have at least two years of experience post-licensure. Additionally, you must be able to pass and maintain security clearances as required by the employment setting.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having SUDP or SUDPT certification would be beneficial in this role.
