About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Human Services. As a Behavioral Health Clinician IV, you will provide quality counseling, case management, and community support services to clients with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in the Mental Health field, with curriculum specifically related to counseling and psychology. They must possess up-to-date clinical MH licensure and have 2 years of experience post-licensure.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
  2. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  4. Document all interactions with clients in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Mental Health field
  • Up-to-date clinical MH licensure
  • 2 years of experience post-licensure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
