  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager to drive cost performance and cost control initiatives.
  • Review operations activities to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Drive safety improvements and ensure the consistent execution of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Deliver best operational practices and cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and raw material utilization standards.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; four-year college degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and/or logistics environment.
  • Prior forklift operations experience required.
  • Proven track record of success and stability (1 to 3 years).
  • Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations and requirements strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • P&L and budgeting experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift, Saturdays, and extended hours as necessary.
