Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve seller sentiment and architect a value proposition that best serves our sellers.
- Lead multiple initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and deliver results.
- Define and prioritize customer needs, understanding eBay's strategic and competitive positioning, and building the case for change.
- Ensure roadmap delivery, influencing product, marketing, trust, regulatory, and seller operations to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support value proposition reinforcement, awareness, and adoption.
- 6+ years of related experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or related business strategy role at a major corporation.
- Prior experience owning end-to-end eCommerce experiences, using measures like NPS, conversion funnels, and financial results.
- BA/BS required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
