Supervising Service Coordinator Position

Job Title: Supervising Service Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Supervising Service Coordinator to join our team at Service Coordination. As a Supervising Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising a designated number of Service Coordinators and utilizing a situational leadership approach to support and develop Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of Service Coordinators to ensure work meets quality person-centered Standards
- Ensure that Service Coordinators are using person-centered practices and principles in all aspects of their role
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and complete required Comprehensive Quality Review (CQR) and monthly Quality Assurance Data for oversight and performance evaluations
- Support Service Coordinators in the development and meeting of annual professional development goals
- Conduct 6-month and annual performance evaluations for new Team Members and annual performance evaluations for Service Coordinators over 1 year
- Utilize situational leadership to develop Team Members' knowledge and skills and take disciplinary actions consistent with SCI policies and procedures to address performance concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field required; Master's degree in a human service field preferred
- At least 3 years' case manager experience and ability to work in a mobile environment
- Direct experience and ability in working with people who have disabilities, the elderly, those with behavioral challenges, those with medically complex needs, and other populations, and ability to advocate on their behalf
