Job Title: Psychology Associate II

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide clinical supervision and case management for inpatients and outpatients.
  • Collaborate with department staff and other KKI departments as needed.
  • Participate in research projects involving the assessment and treatment of behavior disorders.
  • Supervise and train Behavioral Psychology staff.
  • Participate in administrative, clinical, and training meetings as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology required.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a multi-disciplinary setting dealing with normal and disabled children.
  • Two years of experience providing behavior analysis assessment and treatments.
  • Experience in conducting research and communicating research findings via professional conferences, peer-reviewed journals, seminars, etc.
Compensation:

Minimum pay range: $54,410.00

Maximum pay range: $94,462.00

Regular Full Time position with 40 hours per week.
