Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Provide consultative support to executive leadership, helping to achieve multi-year plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate strategic exercises and workshops with stakeholders across the firm, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the firm's strategic plan, managing the strategic planning process and ensuring progress against stated goals.
  • Drive measurement and tracking of progress against short, medium, and long-term strategies, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of high-impact strategic issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Communicate strategic priorities and execution plans across the firm, using presentations, meetings, and written communications to engage stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and competitive trends, developing business outlooks and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead a team of leaders and associates, providing guidance and support to drive strategy formulation and competitive insights.
  • Support the development of the firm's vision, mission, and long-term strategy, working closely with the senior management team.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, with advanced degrees or certifications in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Analytics preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for analytical and/or core strategy work within financial services.
  • Management consulting experience is preferred, as is in-depth knowledge of the brokerage industry.

Hiring Minimum: $136,571

Hiring Maximum: $232,541
