Job Title: Critical Care Float Pool Nurse - Nights

Critical care float pool nurses play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in dynamic environments. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our team as a critical care float pool nurse, working nights in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

  • As a critical care float pool nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  • You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing tasks and delegating duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality care goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required for this position.
  • Candidates must hold current licensure as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Prior ICU experience is highly valued, but not necessarily required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a must.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, requiring 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts worked over nights, every other weekend.
