Job Summary
Zimmer Development Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering lease files, preparing lease documentation, and facilitating appointments and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Work proactively with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Prepare and maintain accurate and organized records and files
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software programs
- Experience in leasing or the legal field is preferred but not required
