Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering Phones: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Explaining Services: Clearly communicate our services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Managing Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for our customers.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments and schedules for our technicians.
  • Dispatch and Routing: Effectively dispatch and route jobs for our technicians.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce.
