Assistant Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our team at Tree House Brewing Company. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff, including retail staff, bar leads, and team trainers.
- Oversee daily operations, including taproom management, beer-to-go sales, and culinary operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a brewery or restaurant setting.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
