Job Title: Assistant Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our team at Tree House Brewing Company. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading personnel and operations, including our expansive taproom, retail and merchandise space, beer-to-go, and culinary program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 45-50 personnel, including retail staff, bar leads, team trainers, and retail assistants.
  • Oversee daily operational oversight of taproom, beer-to-go, and general facilities of the property, while also managing elements of the culinary operations.
  • Ensure the online store is displaying accurate inventory and new releases accordingly, coordinating with Inventory Control and Logistics.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to consistently deliver the highest standards of care to the guest experience in each and every interaction.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
  • Promote the constant evolution of professional development with the retail team members, coordinating with the HR team to schedule periodic training as needed.
  • Evaluate, adjust, and improve training systems to encourage superior product knowledge and salesmanship.
  • Ensure the safety of the facility, team members, and guests, being mindful of safety risks operationally, safety with respect to guest interactions and alcohol consumption.
  • Actively identify areas for operational improvement and use effective communication and professional tact when promoting those ideas to leadership.
  • Organize and reorganize the facility to ensure all pricing, signage, order cards, product availability, and displays are correct at all times.
  • Facilitate inventory and money management for golf course and pizza service and operations, including restocking product on the golf course and closing out pizza sales at the end of each shift.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, hospitality management, business administration, or any other relevant field.
  • Strong business acumen, including policy and protocol adherence, product knowledge, labor costs, and overall operational know-how.
