Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Cardiology is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Cardiology team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Obtain and document medical histories, identify health risks, and perform physical examinations.
- Conduct preventive screening procedures, formulate differential diagnoses, and develop plans of care.
- Order and review diagnostic tests, prescribe and manage pharmacological therapies, and determine the effectiveness of care plans.
- Reassess and modify care plans as necessary, make referrals to other health professionals, and participate in team meetings and conferences.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills, and serve as a resource to staff and implement educational programs.
