Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and Maintain Cranes: Conduct regular inspections of cranes to ensure they are in good working condition and perform necessary maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
- Manage Site Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of site-based technicians and inspectors to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide Customer Service: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide quick quotes for service and repair needs.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Follow all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by customers, and ensure that all personnel on site are aware of and comply with these procedures.
- Document and Report: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and customer interactions, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with Branch Office: Maintain regular communication with the branch office to ensure that all site operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in industrial electrical/mechanical technology or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in crane service or related field; six months experience as a service technician preferred.
- Skills: Good written, verbal, and computer skills; ability to work off the ground and in a fast-paced environment.
