  • Administrative Excellence: Review clerical outputs for accuracy and timeliness, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  • Contract Management: Oversee service contracts related to office equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of office supplies and equipment, including the procurement process for necessary items.
  • Human Resources Support: Facilitate employee onboarding processes, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and coordinate training programs in collaboration with the corporate training department.
  • Vehicle Fleet Administration: Oversee the fleet vehicle program, ensuring compliance with maintenance and operational standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive activity reports for management, documenting financial results and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree with 16 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders professionally.
