Operations Team Administrator

At BELAY Corporate, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Team Administrator to join our vibrant team. As an extension of our Operations Directors, you'll provide executive-level support to enable them to focus on high-level tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner, exemplifying our Core Values and Mission Statement.
- Collaborate with teammates, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
- Manage email inboxes, draft internal and external communications, and anticipate the needs of the Operations Directors.
- Coordinate task management, Asana projects, research, and meeting preparations on behalf of the Operations Directors.
- File weekly expense reports and track reimbursement status, partnering with the Finance Department.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of senior leader support experience, C-suite preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external partners.
Working Conditions:
BELAY Corporate is a virtual company, offering the opportunity to work from home full-time. A dedicated and secure workspace is required, with standard business hours Monday-Friday.
